Shipping Guarantees

The shipping estimates provided on our cart and checkout pages are provided by the courier companies. We are linked in real-time to the USPS and UPS to provide the most accurate up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. On 2 Wheels BMX is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to weather or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it is much more likely that your package will arrive exactly on time. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.
